Yichuan Huang

I am a BEng student in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Nottingham, UK. I am part of the 2+2 articulation programme, having completed my first two years at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China before transferring to the UK campus.

I am currently a Research Assistant at the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, supervised by Prof. Keyou You. My current research focuses on developing an AI-driven control agent that automates controller design from non-expert system descriptions by extracting minimal core features instead of performing full system identification.

My recent work spans robotics, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and LLMs, including research experience at Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, the Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data, and the University of Science and Technology of China.
